RNC speak of an incident in Johns Beach this week

    Facebook comments showed pictures of RNC cruisers and said police had their guns drawn.

    Some people took to social media during a police presence on the south shore of the Bay of Islands Tuesday night. RNC were there looking for a man and had concerns for his safety. Facebook comments showed pictures of RNC cruisers and said police had their guns drawn. Cst James Cadigan says police assess situations based on information and this matter is still under investigation. He says this is not uncommon and is a safety precaution for everyone. The 57 year old man was safely located.
