The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has officially welcomed 13 new officers to the police service with a swearing-in ceremony this week in the capital city. The newly appointed constables will be assigned to Operational Patrol Services throughout RNC jurisdictions in Newfoundland and Labrador.
