  At approximately 9:30 p.m., Bay St. George RCMP officers stopped the vehicle, the 38 year old male driver was issued a ticket and the vehicle was seized and impounded. 

• Water levels rising in Hughes Brook but state of emergency and conservation order still in effect

  Council will reassess the situation on Tuesday, October 14th and provide an update at that time.
