Sean Weir is the new Vice-President elect of the NLTA

    Weir will serve a term from 2025-27 starting August 1st.

    Sean Weir has been declared elected as Vice-President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association. Weir will serve a term from 2025-27 starting August 1st. Weir is a current Provincial Executive member and the Vice-Principal, with teaching duties, of Bayside Academy in Port Hope Simpson. Dale Lambe has been elected as President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association after a province-wide electronic vote that took place last month. The remaining members of the Provincial Executive Council will be elected by the delegates to the NLTA Biennial General Meeting to be held next year.
