Local musician Sherman Downey says to be a good singer you have to be a good storyteller first. Downey joined Bayfm’s Dean Clarke on Scoffs and Scuffs this past Sunday. He says whatever energy is created by the crowd builds throughout the performance. Downey says there are some fantastic musicians living along the west coast.
