Ship salvage operations near Lark Harbour won't impact harvesters, according to the Coast Guard's Bruce English

    English says they met with Small Craft Harbours over the weekend and met with officials from the town of Lark Harbour.

    The  Coast Guard’s Bruce English says they’re doing everything they can to ensure the salvage of a grounded ship in Wild Cove won’t impact fish harvesters as they head out from Little Port. English says they met with Small Craft Harbours over the weekend and met with officials from the town of Lark Harbour. He  says the command post consists of 14 people from the Coast Guard, 2 from Environment and Climate Change Canada, and a representative form Transport Canada. The MSC Baltic III has been aground in Cedar Cove since mid-February.
