The 31-year-old woman has been charged with assault, theft and breach of probation.
Around 4:20 Saturday afternoon, RNC were called out to a complaint of an intoxicated woman in the Military Road area of St. John’s. Police say the woman was difficult to deal with and highly intoxicated. A complainant approached the officers and reported being assaulted by the woman. In addition police received information that the female had stolen property from a local store. A 31-year-old woman has been charged with assault, theft and breach of probation.
