Steady Brook boil water order lifted, no E-coli in water

    The test samples came back yesterday with E. COLI being ABSENT from the Town of Steady Brook's water system.

    A boil order that was issued for the town of Steady Brook has been lifted.  The town was required to provide Service NL with two sets of samples from four different locations throughout the town for two different days with the results showing no trace of E. coli before the boil order could be lifted. The test samples came back yesterday with E. COLI being ABSENT from the Town of Steady Brook's water system.
