Sunday was International Fetal Alcohol Disorder Awareness Day

    On Bayfm’s The Plain Truth, host Paula Sheppard spoke with FASD NL Executive Director Catherine Dunbar-Windsor.

    Sunday was “International Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Awareness Day.” On Bayfm’s The Plain Truth, host Paula Sheppard spoke with FASD NL Executive Director Catherine Dunbar-Windsor. She says this disorder often stays with those diagnosed well into their adulthood. Dunbar-Windsor says FASD can occur at any time throughout a pregnancy. She says FASD affects people differently
