    The 2022-2023 executive of the Corner Brook Royals donates $14,000 to ease hunger

    .A total of $14,000 is going to the food bank, Salvation Army kitchen, Open Door Kitchen, Kids Eat Smart and CBC Christmas Feed NL.

    The Corner Brook Royals 2022-2023 executive is playing Santa by allocating significant funds to charities in order to ease hunger in these challenging times. A total of $14,000 is going to the food bank, Salvation Army kitchen, Open Door Kitchen, Kids Eat Smart and CBC Christmas Feed NL. Tony Buckle is the former president of the Corner Brook Royals. He says it was the right thing to do and it was also the right time to give back. Buckle says these organizations have a proven track record of helping people with food insecurity.
