Bad news for crews battling blazes in Churchill Falls. Yesterday, during a news update on the fires, Premier Andrew Furey says this is a very real time and dynamic situation.. He says the fire has now jumped the river over to the community side. Mitigation efforts will continue on both sides of the river. About 100 NL Hydro personnel still on site are being evacuated.
