ProtectNL is hosting “The Great Rally” this Sunday at locations throughout the province to highlight concerns over wind hydrogen development. Brenda Lee Kitchen says this includes turbines, hydrogen ammonia plants and salt domes for storage of hydrogen. She says they brought a petition to the House of Assembly with signatures from people in 83 communities who wanted a 6 month pause on hydrogen development. Kitchen says the Great Rally is about so much more than wind hydrogen development. She says we are losing our crown lands. Kitchen says they have a free bus on Sunday and people will be provided with lunch and a kazoo. They’ll start in Stephenville Crossing 10;15 am, travel to Mainland, and Stephenville.
