The head of Grenfell Campus accepts a new job at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick

    Dr. Ian Sutherland, the Vice-President of Grenfell Campus has accepted a new job. Sutherland will be the next Vice-Chancellor and President at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick Effective July 15th.

    A statement from the present of Memorial University confirms Dr. Ian Sutherland, the Vice-President of Grenfell Campus has accepted a new job. Sutherland will be the next Vice-Chancellor and President at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick Effective July 15th. MUN President Neil Bose says this is a tremendous opportunity for Dr. Sutherland. He thanks Sutherland for his service to the School of Music, Grenfell Campus  and the extended MUN community. Bose added, “Since 2016 Dr. Sutherland has taken on new opportunities and stepped up to continue to move Memorial forward, including in a key leadership role in the consultative process to develop our strategic plan, Transforming Our Horizons.” Bose will be  at Grenfell Campus this week to consult with the community about the future leadership of Grenfell Campus.
