A Torbay man is facing an impaired driving charge after being picked up near Steady Brook this past weekend. The RNC say the 33-year-old man was pulled over on the Trans Canada Highway at around 1:30 Saturday morning. The man was also charged with failure to comply with a release order. His driver’s license was suspended and the vehicle was seized. The accused was released from custody to appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
