Transportation and Road Safety Ministers are meeting in Quebec

    The ministers will discuss such issues as enhancing transportation safety, security and the resiliency and decarbonization of the transportation system, as well as addressing the widening transportation infrastructure gaps that exist in northern and rural regions.

    Transportation and Infrastructure Minister John Abbott is off to Quebec to a meeting of Federal/Provincial/Territorial Ministers Responsible for Transportation and Highway Safety. The meeting will take place in Quebec today and tomorrow. The ministers will discuss such issues as enhancing transportation safety, security and the resiliency and decarbonization of the transportation system, as well as addressing the widening transportation infrastructure gaps that exist in northern and rural regions.
