Police have charged two people after finding cocaine, pills, contraband tobacco, cash, and other evidence.  It’s part of an ongoing investigation by the RCMP-RNC Joint Forces Operation West. RCMP Corporal Jolene Garland says the charges are a result of searching 2 homes and conducting a traffic stop in Corner Brook. She says 21-year-old Keira Furey and 41-year-old Owen Barnes, have been charged  with possession for the purpose of trafficking. Furey was released from police custody and is set to appear in court at a later date.
