Women and Gender Equality Minister Pam Parsons is in New York city

    The 68th session of the Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations is taking place in New York city until March 14th.

    Women and Gender Equality Minister Pam Parsons is in New York city. She will attend the 68th session of the Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations until March 14th. Delegates from around the world will focus on accelerating the achievement of gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls. This will be done by addressing poverty, and strengthening institutions and financing with a gender perspective.
