Stuff can be dropped off at CMHI buildings or Momentum Developmental/Blue Sky
If you have stuff suitable for a yard sale and want to get rid of it, the Community Mental Health Initiative will take it off your hands. The group is planning a huge yard sale in partnership with Momentum Developmental Support and Blue Sky. It’s a fundraiser in aid of homelessness. Jade Mahoney is an Interagency Coordinator with the Community Mental Health Initiative. She says they had one like this before and it was a great fundraiser. Mahoney says they’ll accept pretty much anything as long as it is broken, or large items like furniture. Items can be dropped off at the CMHI buildings on Riverside Drive or Premier Drive, or Momentum/Blue Sky at the Herald Towers. The yard sale will take place June 3rd at Pasadena Place from 2-5pm.
