"Smile there's a reason it's carnival season in Pasadena", is the theme for the 45th Pasadena Winter Carnival which runs from Friday Feburary 7 to Sunday Feburary 16th. Cheryl Mugford from the Pasadena Winter Carnival droped by Bay Fm to have a chat and talk more about what will be happening in "The Crown of the Valley".
