Mail operations suspended Thursday due to weather.

It’s an agreement whereby a foreign investor provides money for a business proposition in exchange for permanent residence to Canada.

William Lummus is the Regional Addictions Prevention Consultant in the western zone for NL Health Services. He says there are signals that gambling is becoming a problem like issues in life, at work, in school and with finances. 

The festival will take place at four different venues throughout the city including the Arts and Culture Centre, the Salvation Army community church on O’Connell Drive, All Saints Anglican church on Premier Drive, and the Rotary Arts Centre.

It will be held in the meeting rooms and Canada House this year.

Mayor Jim Parsons says this could be for concerned citizens, someone with a business perspective, homebuilders, or those with an environmental interest.

The Coast Guard's Bruce English says it was the nicest day on the water since they’ve been there and weather continues to hamper salvage operations.
