No successful bidders to build 50 new units in Corner Brook, according to NLHC
Announced in budget 2024, the demolition of four buildings on Crestview Avenue is complete but the statement says “While NL Housing issued a tender for the construction of 50 new units in October 2024, there was no successful bidder.
